Who We Are
E&M Services is a full service computer company located in Gadsden, Alabama. E&M provides Printer, AS400, IBM, Network, and PC consulting for Northeast Alabama and Southeastern United States. E&M has been in business since September 1993. Our office is located on 405 South 2nd Street in downtown Gadsden, centrally located in the heart of Etowah County. Our Computer Technicians are trained in many aspects of the computer industry and several hold certifications from Industry leaders such as Microsoft, Linux, Novell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, NEC, and Lexmark. We are a repair facility for Hewlett Packard, Lexmark and NEC, as well as IBM.
E&M Services has been building and servicing computers for local business and governments since we began in 1993. We are very familiar with the business/government customer and understand the needs that may arise.

24/7 Support for AS400, Printers, and Networks
Because we have several customers that require 24 hour service, we have an answering service that takes any calls that may arrive after our regular business hours of 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. We generally are able to respond to any service request within 4 hours. Most of our service is performed on site and within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on the service we provide.

E&M Services provides a variety of warranty options for commercial and retail hardware and services. This warranty includes, but is not restricted to, repair and/or replacement of parts that become defective from normal wear and tear. Acts of nature, fire, flood, abuse, vandalism etc. may void warranties. |
